How should I order the days?
Around the closures. Topkapı is shut on Tuesdays, Dolmabahçe on Mondays and the Grand Bazaar on Sundays — put the Sultanahmet day on whichever of those days you have.
Is the Museum Pass worth it for three days?
Rarely. Three days is not enough to reach six ministry museums, and the pass covers none of the Hagia Sophia, Topkapı or Dolmabahçe. The arithmetic.
